Rights of financial service consumers

FIN PAY Payment Institution LLC ensures the protection of the rights of consumers of financial and payment services in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Consumers have the right to:

• receive complete, accurate, and timely information regarding payment services, tariffs, and the terms of their provision;

• review information about the payment institution, its license, and the list of payment services prior to concluding an agreement;

• receive information on executed payment transactions and account status (if an account exists);

• demand proper fulfillment of the terms of the agreement;

• submit inquiries, complaints, and proposals to the Payment Institution;

• seek protection of their rights in the event of erroneous, improper, or unauthorized payment transactions;

• have their personal data protected in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;

• contact the National Bank of Ukraine regarding the protection of financial service consumer rights;

• apply to the courts to protect their rights and legitimate interests.

FIN PAY Payment Institution LLC ensures that consumer inquiries are reviewed in accordance with the procedures and timeframes established by the legislation of Ukraine.
